ExceleRate Illinois

Preschool for All (PFA) in schools and in community-based settings, were enrolled in ExceleRate Illinois in 2013. Preschool for All programs are awarded a Gold, Silver or Bronze Circle of Quality, as determined by your most recent Early Childhood Environmental Rating Scale (ECERS-3) scores and Compliance Checklist results.

If your program has any classroom that is not funded/monitored by Preschool for All, you will need to apply for ExceleRate Illinois using the Licensed Child Care path.   

Preschool for All classrooms are provided technical assistance through projects funded by the Illinois State Board of Education, which include Early Childhood Professional Learning, Starnet and Early Choices.
